oAt Martial Arts Ohio our students range from preschoolers to retirees.
Our instructors tailor each class to best suit your level of fitness and ability.
Children and adult classes begin with muscle and joint stretching and strengthening exercises. After warming up you perform basic kicking and punching drills, falling and self defense techniques as well as practicing forms. As an advanced student, you complete your workout with weapons training and sparring. You have the opportunity to come more than twice a week and are allowed to switch makeup lasses as needed without a hassle. Parents are welcome to watch their children workout.
